
Erika Ban (Associate)
Erika was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Hudson, Ohio. She graduated magna cum laude from Washington University, St. Louis in 1999, and received a Master of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003. In 2008, Ms. Ban graduated magna cum laude from the George Washington University Law School and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ms. Ban joined the firm in 2009 and practices general litigation. Prior to joining Hunter Cole & Bennett, Ms. Ban worked in New York, NY as a summer associate at Heller Ehrman and in Washington, DC as a research assistant to various professors. During law school, Ms. Ban also performed extensive pro bono legal work for the DC Appleseed Center for Law and Justice. She has passed the Virgin Islands bar and awaits her induction, and is admitted to practice in New York.
