Richard H. Hunter was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on July 14, 1951. He graduated cum laude from Amherst College in 1973 and received his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1976. Mr. Hunter began his legal career in the Virgin Islands as the law clerk to two distinguished judges of the Territorial Court, the Hon. Louis Hoffman (1976) and the Hon. Henry L. Feuerzeig (1977). He joined the firm in 1978 and became partner in 1982. Mr. Hunter served as Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Virgin Islands Bar Association (1983-1988) and was President of the Virgin Islands Bar Association in 1995. He is a member of the bars of the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the United State Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United State Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Warren B. Cole was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, March 3,1949. He received his B.S. in Naval Science from the United States Naval Academy in 1971. He served on active duty both as a Midshipman and as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1976. Mr. Cole received his law degree from the University of Oregon in 1979 where he was made a member of The Order of the Coif and received a Certificate in Ocean Law. He is the author of "Continental Shelf Boundaries in the Eastern Caribbean Under Revision One of the Informal Composite Negotiating Text" which was awarded the Edwin D. Ford Memorial Award for 1979 from the Inter-American Bar Association. Mr. Cole clerked for the Hon. Warren H. Young, District Court of the Virgin Islands, 1979-1980. He joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1986. He is a member of the bars of the Virgin Islands and the State of Oregon and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Bruce P. Bennett was born in Amityville, New York on March 16, 1956. He graduated with honors from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1978 and served thereafter as an Officer aboard VLCCs. Mr. Bennett held a commission in the United States Naval Reserve from 1978 to 1981. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Touro College School of Law in 1990. Mr. Bennett joined the firm in 1994 and became partner in 1999. He is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Bennett is a member of the American Bar Association.

Yolan C. Brow was born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, October 3, 1973. She received a B.A. from Duke University in 1995 and a law degree from Tulane Law School in 1998. She is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and Federal Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Ms. Brow clerked for the Hon. Alphonso A. Andrews, Jr., Hon. Patricia D. Steele and Hon. Edger D. Ross.
